CoBAC Team

I've been present in the tourism and hospitality industry since 2000. And upon discovering the joys of contributing to the happiness of others, especially for the past 15 years, Gökhan and I have been developing our own projects. Today, we live together with our just 24-day-old daughter Güneş, a colorful garden bursting with daisies and geraniums, and our cat Mişa who adopted us during her residency in our garden. 

For me, "being together" is...

...to find ways of rediscovering yourself, to be present and in a constant state of progress, the games we play as children, the feeling of being surrounded by loved ones as I'm walking by myself in a neighbourhood i like. 

CoBAC is the manifestation of our sincerity, knowledge and experience, a channel to enrich the lives of everyone we come in contact with, a living space we're very happy to be a part of.

To build a common ground for people of all backgrounds where they will come in contact with each other, physically, emotionally and creatively, just like the way tree branches grow and come together - this was our driving vision as we imagined CoBAC. And for the last 15 years, that is what we've been working on, with passion, compassion, persistance and faith...

For me, "being together" is...

...a cosy shelter on a rainy day, a sail in the middle of vast seas;
it is the art of existing like a forest surrounded by people as free as trees.

My entire education life was based on the hotel and hospitality sector. In this journey, I am aware that touching people and hearts can only be achieved through producing and sharing together, and I start each day with this motto. I continue on my path by thinking and producing more as a part of the ecosystem we are in.

Hello, I am Mustafa Alican Bozkurt. I am a member of the security team at CoBAC Workspace. I do my best in terms of security and I am happy to serve in this field. Being reliable and careful in my work with an energetic and smiling structure is very important to me. For this reason, I always try to do my best.

I'm Hamdiye Aslan. I was born in Batman and am living in Istanbul. I'm married with 4 kids. And I'm working as a main as part of the CoBAC Team.

To me, "being together" is...

...to leave your house happy every morning. To meet and communicate with new people at work, to make them smile and to share good feelings. 
Being together means solidarity, collaboration to overcome hardships as a team, to be solution-oriented when faced with a problem together, to feel that your team has your back. CoBAC is our happy, healthy peaceful space.

Hello, I am Hamdiye. I was born in the warm arms of Batman. I am married and the mother of four beautiful children. I work as a floor staff in the CoBAC Workspace family. Every moment I spend at work, meeting new people and helping them makes my day very enjoyable. Solidarity is at the top of the list of actions I care about the most, and I am also happy to be able to provide this solidarity with my teammates.

I am Destemen Aydoğdu. I was born in Tokat on June 12, 1981. I am the mother of two beautiful children. I always feel strong thanks to my loved ones and my job. I work as a kitchen staff in the CoBAC Workspace family. As the CoBAC team, we experience the importance of cooperation and solidarity by working together. Although we all have different responsibilities, we are more productive and effective when we work together.

Hello, I am Murat. I was born in Istanbul in 1991. I work as a barista at CoBAC Workspace. I enjoy trying new recipes while preparing each coffee with care. I am also happy to provide the best coffee experience to the CoBAC community every day.

Hi, I am Berke. I was born in Bolu in 1995. After the age of four, I spent most of my life in Istanbul. Actually, I do not practice the profession of a department I studied. I chose the kitchen because I feel comfortable and free, I have loved cooking since I was little.

First of all, I love analyzing and researching all quality content and topics that are beneficial to me, including fashion, sports, technology and science. If you are talking about entertainment, I can enjoy it the most with my loved ones :)

Hello, I’m Azat. I was born in Van and have been living in Istanbul since my childhood. Since I have been involved with electricity from a young age, I chose my university major in that direction. Eager to enter the industry, I found myself at CoBAC even before finishing school. Inspiring people, making a significant impact in the world, and continuously developing myself have always been among my top priorities.

As the name CoBAC suggests, it encompasses business, art, and culture. This was one of the factors that attracted my interest. A place that harmoniously combines such different fields can only exist with open-minded and compatible team members. Seeing myself as part of this team motivates me greatly.

Hello, my name is Ecem. I met volleyball, which played a big role in my life, when I was 8 years old. Sports are the biggest value that made me who I am today. During the years when I formed my values, I found myself at CoBAC Workspace today. I am so happy that I am in a colorful team with the characters that are in line with my manifesto. I am happy to work in an environment where smiling faces are always present and where I feel safe and peaceful with every step I take.

Hello, I'm Görkem Efe. I was born in 2003 in the Gaziosmanpaşa district of Istanbul as a child of a Balkan immigrant family. I have been interested in software and computer technologies since a young age. After completing my university education, I continued to improve myself by working in different companies in the field of software and computer technologies. During this process, I continued to improve myself by taking part in various important projects and obtaining different certificates.

Hello, my name is Sinan Tekin. I was born in Şavşat, Artvin in 1971 and lived in Bremen, Germany for 35 years from the age of five. After receiving my education in Hotel Management and Tourism, I chose to work in the gastronomy sector for many years. I am happy to serve everyone without discrimination. After returning to Turkey in 2012, I worked in German call centers for a long time. After my retirement, I had the opportunity to meet CoBAC Workspace. I sincerely feel that this place is a great place, both with its architecture and all its employees. This place is like a family to me and I am very happy to be a part of this family.
